Healthy Habits: Sneaky Fitness for Fun

Here are a lot of easy ways to sneak in some extra activity and have fun at the same time.

- Instead of meeting friends and sitting down for lunch or coffee, meet friends for a walking date or bring the coffee to go.
- Go to a pick-your-own farm.
- Do your own mani/pedi instead of just sitting while someone else does it (plus you'll save money).
- Tour a winery, visit a museum, or just go window shopping.
- If you're going to an event, buy standing-room-only or rail tickets if possible. If not, be sure to move as much as is possible there (obviously this varies by event).
