There are some free, easy ways that you can help avoid wrinkles - which is great, because we're all looking for ways to save money, aren't we?
Stress can make wrinkles worse, so look for ways to relax. Breathe deeply when you find yourself stressed. Try a workout like yoga. Have sex. All of these can help you relax and help reduce the amount of wrinkles you'll have.
Also, wash your face right away when you get home. You're more likely to do a good job because you won't be as tired and ready to get in bed. Plus, any makeup or dirt that's on your face from the day has less time to cause problems, and if you use an anti-aging skin regiment, you're more likely to be careful and completely it fully.
Have a facial massage. Rug along your jawline starting at your ears and back, and down your neck. Then rub from the inside of your eyes out, and from your temples down. You'll feel great, and it will help massage the lymph nodes that can cause puffiness.
