Fun Freetime: Flashlight Games

Flashlights are great forms of cheap and fun entertainment. Try any of these games - or make up your own.

- Flashlight tag. Have kids chase each others' light spots around with their own lights.
- Memory. Sit in an almost pitch-black room. Name an object and see how quickly they can shine their light onto it.
- Flashlight tag, version 2. Have kids chase the beam around the room, trying to step on it or put their hand on it.
- Mystery art. Draw something on the ceiling or wall with the flashlight beam and have kids guess what it is.
