Giveaway: My Yoga Online

Are you interested in yoga but don't know where to start, and don't want to pay for classes - or are you someone who feels comfortable with yoga, but wants to shake it up by looking at a new source? My Yoga Online is a good online source for a wealth of yoga information. And if you sign up through that link, you can try it for two weeks for free.

What information is available? If you're a beginner, you'll want to start with the poses section, which gives clear video of many different poses, sorted by type (seated, standing, etc). If you like a community aspect to working out, you'll find that here, with posts on wellness and an active Facebook community. There are also articles on healthy living, and even music that fits yoga practice.

As far as the actual workout and programs, there are tons available. You can sort by studio and teacher, so if you have a favorite instructor you can find them leading. You can sort by level, and also by length, so you get the workout that's tailored to exactly what you need. You can also find videos by topic, including Pilates & dance, beginner classes, meditation, and workplace videos (perfect for that stretch break you're supposed to take every hours).

For more information, visit MyYogaOnline on Facebook, follow @MyYogaOnline, or visit the MyYogaOnline Youtube channel.

I have the opportunity to give away one premium year-long membership. To enter, leave a post with your yoga experience (beginner through pro) and why you want the membership.

Deadline is March 9th.

Disclosure: I received a complimentary membership to facilitate this post.
