If you have a popsicle mold, here are a lot of really easy summer fruity pops that are healthy and tasty ways to get servings of fruit (and cool off at the same time).
- Puree cantaloupe and freeze it in the mold.
- Press sliced fruit against the side of the mold (like bananas, peaches, or strawberries) and fill with juice or a yogurt-fruit puree.
- Spread a thin layer of nutella in the mold, then add a banana-yogurt puree.
- Freeze yogurt mixed with fresh berries.
