Healthy Habits: 80/10/10

Have you heard anything about the The 80/10/10 Diet? Basically, the idea is that you get 80% of your calories from simple carbohydrates, 10% from protein and 10% from fat. And since it's based on eating a raw vegan diet, these carbs aren't coming from starches and refined products, they're coming from fruits and vegetables. The diet is the culmination of research by Dr. Douglas Graham on the species specific diet that is best for the human species.

I certainly can't argue with someone promoting more fruits and vegetables as healthy, and I also know it is possible to be a raw foodist and a vegan and still eat healthy. I don't know much about the diet, but I'd love to hear your thoughts.
