Healthy Habits: Foot Care

Here are some general tips to make sure your feet don't smell too strongly of foot odor.
- Let shoes dry out for a day before re-wearing.
- Keep footwear in an area with lots of circulation.
- Soak your feet for 15 minutes in water with a few drops of tea tree oil.
- Wear clean draw socks, and consider using a sweat-wicking or wool sock.
