Healthy Habits: World Sight Day

Did you know that children can receive an eye exam at as early as 3 months old? According to the World Health Organization, 80 percent of visual impairment is preventable if detected and treated early enough, but unfortunately consumers don’t take the basic steps necessary to preserve eye sight.  One of the main reasons is a general lack of awareness. 

This Thursday, October 11, join Bausch + Lomb in celebrating World Sight Day, an annual day to focus global attention on blindness, visual impairment and rehabilitation of the visually impaired.
