Well, this isn't exactly a "meal" - but it is a food that's good for you. SparX® candies are made with xylitol. Xylitol is a natural sweetener that, besides being low-calorie, has health benefits. Research has shown that it may reduce the risk of dental caries in people who chew xylitol gum, and various xylitol products have been endorsed by dental associations. It also has a low glycemic index and doesn't have as great an effect on blood sugar as cane sugar.
The candies are tiny and cute, and come in three flavors - berry, citrus, and fruit. My girls didn't like the citrus as well, but enjoyed the other two. The candies are tiny, which means they actually take little kids a while to eat (at least mine, since mine only eat one at a time). They're also made without artificial flavors or colors.
SparX can be found at selected health and natural foods stores, including Whole Foods and neighborhood co-ops.
Disclosure: I received samples of SparX to facilitate this review.
