Sharpie recently donated $10,000 to 16 year old Katelyn Darrow-Eystad for her efforts to help victims of Superstorm Sandy through her charity, Angels Clothing Closet. Katelyn
was on hand to receive the donation in person at the event. The Pitman
NJ rising sophomore has set up the non-profit organization to help
families in need shop for clothing, food and toiletries at no cost. She
founded the charity when she was just 12-years old.
Sharpie is also hosting a sweepstakes for a chance to win tickets to a sold-out One Direction show. From November 19th-23rd, fans nationwide can enter at facebook.com/sharpie
to win one of two VIP travel packages to a concert. Winners will get
the red carpet treatment, including transportation to the concert.
Sharpie is an official sponsor of the first leg of 1d’s U.S. tour.
