Consumer Critique: The Money Code

I recently had a chance to review The Money Code: Improve Your Entire Financial Life Right Now. This book was written in a very unique style, which makes it stand apart from other financial self-help books, and I think it makes it easier to get into the story. Basically, the reader follows the main character as he goes through training on big ideas about money. Since it reads a little more like a fiction book, with a slight element of suspense, it's a little more engaging. At certain points, the training asks Jack questions. As he reflects, it helps the reader reflect on their own financial status and state of mind.

The book offers tips to help discover your money mind - fear, happiness, or commitment - that can really help you examine how you make your decisions; and also guides you into ways to check your decisions and communicate with loved ones about money.

It's a concise, powerful read, and could work for people in any financial state who want to improve money-related decision making skills.

Disclosure: I received a copy of The Money Code to facilitate this review.
