Each
year, 1,100 Buick Achiever Scholarships are awarded to students who
excel both in the classroom and in the community, and are pursuing
degrees in such areas as engineering, design, information technology and
business-related majors
in the auto industry. One hundred students will receive a scholarship
up to $25,000 a year, renewable for up to five years. Additionally, 1,000 students will receive a one-time $2,000 award.
