Contest: Most Romantic Meatball Challenge

1. Eligibility: The Mama Lucia ‘Most Romantic Meatball Recipe Challenge’ (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the Fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited. Employees of Quaker Maid Meats, Inc., as well as their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members are not eligible. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

2. Sponsor: Quaker Maid Meats, PO Box 350, Shillington, PA 19607.

3. Dates: The Promotion begins on January 1, 2013, and ends on February 5, 2013 (the "Promotion Period"). Entries must be time-stamped or postmarked no later than February 5, 2013. Winners will be notified on or about February 10, 2013.

4. How To Enter:  On or before February 5, 2013, send a recipe using Mama Lucia Homestyle or Italian Style Beef Meatballs and/or Mama Lucia Italian Style Turkey Meatballs from Quaker Maid Meats, Inc., along with your name, address and telephone number, to one of the following:

5. Prizes: The first-place winner will receive a $100 gift card to 1-800-FLOWERS. Second- and third-place winners will receive $50 and $25 gift cards to 1-800-FLOWERS, respectively. No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of any prizes is permitted, except by Sponsor. Prizes will be awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied offered by Sponsor.

6. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's recipe, name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

7. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

8. Release: By entering this Promotion, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Quaker Maid Meats and any promotional partners, each of their related companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively the "Released Parties") from and against any losses, damages, rights, claim or cause of action of any kind arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of participation in the Promotion or resulting directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation personal injury, death, and/or property damage, as well as claims based on publicity rights, defamation, and/or invasion of privacy.

9. Winners List: Promotion results and/or a copy of these Official Rules may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to “Mama Lucia Most Romantic Meatball Recipe Challenge,” c/o SS│PR, One Northfield Plaza, Suite 400, Northfield, IL 60093.  Requests must be received by March 15, 2013.
