Sweepstakes: Trip to Clearwater Florida!

The City of Clearwater, Fla. announces the Turn off the Cold and Switch on Spring online sweepstakes, turning winter into spring for one lucky winner. With an average of 361 days of sunshine each year, Clearwater is the ideal destination to melt away the winter blues. In addition to soaking up the sun in person, the winner will continue post-vacation blues busting therapy with a special wellness lighting prize designed to ease the effects of seasonal sadness.

A winner will receive roundtrip flights for two to Clearwater, Fla., USA Today’s “Best Beach Town in Florida.” The winner and one guest will have the chance to bury their blues along white sand beaches. The Palm Pavilion Inn will house the winner for a five night stay. Tranquil Gulf breezes and glowing sunsets provide the backdrop for the winner and guest to melt, fry, or grill away the seasonal sadness courtesy of the Palm Pavilion Beachside Grill and Bar, home of sizzling entertainment and icy frozen drinks.

To dissolve the winter darkness once and for all, the winner will receive the wellness lighting package provided by Verilux, “The Healthy Lighting Company.” The lighting products in the package help the body’s natural energy enhancers ease winter gloom and promote relaxation and revitalization. Included in the special package are wellness travel products, such as book lights and even a portable toothbrush sanitizer, for the winner to enjoy during their stay in this sunny beach locale.
