Consumer Critique: Golden Age Stories

L. Ron Hubbard is probably best known for his work founding Scientology. However, fewer people know he is also a prolific fiction author, writing tons of pulp fiction stories (a writing phenomenon from the '30s and '40s). The books are very fast reads, and there are some to match pretty much every interest: historical fiction, mystery, military, westerns. For those who enjoy good stories but don't have time to (or like to) read, there are also audiobook versions of many of these Golden Age Stories. As a teacher, I also really appreciate the section of the website for educators and librarians, which includes Lexile ratings, a Listen and Learn program, and lesson plans to go along with some of the books. If you're looking for a different author to read, consider L. Ron Hubbard - he's much more than what most people know about him.
