Healthy Habits: Sunglasses
Even if it's somewhat cloudy, you should consider wearing sunglasses to avoid certain age-related diseases like cataracts. But make sure you're wearing ones with full UV protection. Wearing sunglasses that are darker but don't protect against UV rays are actually worse than not wearing any at all, since dark glasses dilate your eyes to let in more light - also letting in the non-filtered UV rays.
