If you like biking, history, or travel, you might be interested in the book In the City of Bikes: The Story of the Amsterdam Cyclist. I really enjoyed it, and I think my husband and brother-in-law will as well (I plan on passing the book on to them now that I'm done). The storytelling is nice, and weaves in many different elements, from personal experiences to history and more. For example, I learned a lot about what happened when the Nazis tried to confiscate bikes in the Netherlands during WWII - a part of history I had never heard of before! For people who like to read non-fiction, but don't want a heavy, meaty read, this book is great. I enjoyed reading it!
