I recently got a poster from Collage.com. It was incredibly easy to make. I just selected a bunch of pictures, and the site automatically placed them on my chosen poster. I had to do a little bit of tweaking (rotating pictures, or deleting a few that were repeated too often or right next to similar pictures) but the whole process only took about 10 minutes or so. There are a wide variety of shapes you can choose from - hearts, animals, sports, and more. You can even get canvas print if you want.
