Consumer Critique: Lovinah Naturals

I recently had the chance to try out products from Lovinah Naturals. I love trying out new natural products - and I love the idea of supporting small companies as well.
Lovinah Naturals offers total wellness using 100% Unrefined Shea Butter from West Africa to handcraft personal care products for skin and hair conditions. The company also aims to positively impact the lives of children through the Global kids project foundation, by providing early childhood scholarship to children in West Africa. Twenty percent of every purchase from Lovinah Naturals goes towards providing early childhood education scholarship, proper sanitation and clean water to children in need. Products contain no artificial preservatives or parabens, and no animal testing is conducted.
So it's a company with a great mission statement, natural ingredients - and nice products. They focus on doing a few products well - lotion, body cream, and body wash, each in shea lavender or shea rose vanilla. The scent is light, not cloying. The lotion I tried absorbed well and made my skin feel smooth. It's definitely a company I'll recommend as an alternative to mass-produced products!
