Right now you can sign up for Media Insiders and be entered into several sweepstakes. I like this panel because it's incredibly easy to be a part of. It tracks your activities on your media devices, and sends you a card monthly for Tango card ($5 value for doing basically nothing). If you're concerned, you can always use a browser without their cookie to do baking and other sensitive information so they can't track it.
