Parenting Pointers: Garlic Breath
Do you like eating out at restaurants, especially Italian, but are worried about garlic breath? There are some easy things you can do to help diminish its strength. For example, eat the parsley garnish if it comes with one. Also, consider eating dairy products or drinking milk, as the proteins in dairy will help. Whole milk is more effective, and it even works before a meal. Mushrooms also counteract garlic, as do the natural enzymes in many types of frui.
