Consumer Critique: CREDARA: Rise of the Kraylen

Disclosure: I received complimentary products to facilitate this post. All opinions are my own.

CREDARA: Rise of the Kraylen combines fantasy with the apocalyptic battle of God versus Lucifer. Thousands of years after Lucifer and his Kraylen army fell to the might of the Sitcian Angels during the Great War of Heaven, it is time for the Kraylen to rise again. Agean, a monk of the Holy Order of God - the one chosen to wield the power of the Credara - is the only one who can defeat the Kraylen, but he must first defeat his own demons.

J E Henderson is a songwriter, and television and screenplay writer in Los Angeles. CREDARA: Rise of the Kraylen is his debut novel. I thought it was very well written, imaginative and creative. It's a great novel for those who like to read fantasy fiction, and weaves in a lot of unexpected elements (for example, what happens when Death is in a sword fight). I finished it in a weekend - it's easy to read, engaging, and for me it was a great page-turner. I'm glad I had the chance to read it!
