Fun Freetime: Little Gurus

Disclosure: I received complimentary products to facilitate this post. All opinions are my own.

I recently had the chance to read one of the most unique books I've seen - AMMO Books Little Gurus. This children’s picture book features graphic and colorful illustrations of yoga poses and vibrant scenes. It's a fun introduction to the world of yoga. The pages of the book contain the poses from traditional yoga routines (for example, the sun salutation) in whimsical illustrations with so much to look at, you'll see something new every time you look. The book is designed for children ages 3 and up. Not all kids are able to do all of the poses (not all adults are either) but it's fun to see them show up - with even animals performing some of them!

Routines are included in the back for families who want a little more structure, and there's a brief introduction at the beginning. It's a low-key, fun, colorful way to see yoga and get kids interested in it.
