Healthy Habits: Navigating Morning Sickness

The first trimester is often the “secret trimester” for many women keeping their pregnancy private from friends and family, while seeking support and information online on everything from nutrition to stretch marks to morning sickness relief. The problem: there’s a lot of misinformation and old wives’ tales, as well as misunderstood aspects of pregnancy.

A new video series titled Navigating Morning Sickness launched today, providing reliable tips that pregnant women can trust, all about health in the first trimester and beyond (click here to watch the series). The series premieres online with three videos about nutrition, medication safety, and the potential impact of morning sickness. New videos will be released over the next several weeks.
