Thrifty Thinking: Honey Web Browser Extention

I just found out about Honey, a free browser extension you can download if you use Chrome and Firefox. It searches the web for coupons and then automatically applies them for you when you checkout. Right not it has just over a half million users and works with many popular sites, including Amazon, Best Buy, Kohl's, and more!

I like how transparent the site is - the FAQ section is up front about how they make money and has helpful installation and troubleshooting tips. And the extension is very easy to use. It didn't slow down my browser at all, and it was much faster than visiting multiple coupon code sites to try to find one. I was surprised - Amazon doesn't usually have coupons that I know of, so it was a pleasant surprise to see them on the list. I tried it with a Sears cart, and it found the same savings that I found using my favorite coupon sites - with much lesson time invested! It's a free extension, so you've got nothing to lose - I highly recommend you try it out for yourself.
