The Promise: The Birth of the Messiah is an animated musical celebration of one of the most important events in history, the birth of Jesus Christ. The musical is adapted from the Gospel of Luke in story and song. They used a unique method of animation which blends traditional animation with dancers and dramatic actors. It's a gorgeous retelling of a favorite Bible story that stays true to the original Biblical rendition. It's the first film from Glorious Films, with a second (about the prodigal son) planned for next spring.
