Fun Freetime: Barns & Noble Lego Movie Events

Barnes & Noble, Inc. will host a three-month-long series of fun and free activities for LEGO fans to build excitement and share in the experience of the upcoming The LEGO Movie, opening February 7. Kicking off this event series is a free Hands-On Learning “Count Down to the Movie” event on Saturday, January 25, in Barnes & Noble stores nationwide. This event is the first part of a fun three-month long series, which includes a limited movie ticket giveaway in select stores only, and culminates with one of Barnes & Noble’s hugely popular nationwide LEGO-build events on Saturday, March 1, where fans can recreate their favorite scenes from the movie.

 

For the LEGO Hands-On Learning “Count Down to the Movie” event, LEGO fans will learn about LEGO’s first-ever full-length feature film and join in fun activities. Customers can also listen to The LEGO Movie theme song from the upcoming Soundtrack and enjoy a screening of the official trailer for TheLEGO Movie on NOOK^® devices. Space is limited to 50 participants per store who will receive a mini movie poster. Customers are encouraged to contact their local Barnes & Noble store for additional information and to sign up for the event.
