children’s health a mission. Sisters
Vicky Keston and Lisa Danielpur created the video game company that is
geared towards captivating boys and girls ages 2 to 9 to learn social
and life skills, through interactive apps that motivate and engage their
attention at higher level than the typical story book approach.
Did you know that school-age children miss 51 million hours of school due to tooth decay? Cavity Dragons (for kids 2-6) and Cavity Dragons Pro (for kids 6-9) help kids learn about cavities. The first app teaches kids the effect foods have on cavities, and in the second, kids defeat the dragons by putting out fires that will grow into cavities - and eventually cause the teeth to fall out.
Cavity Dragons Pro is $2.99 on iTunes. This app was fun for both of my girls. They love magical creatures, and they love the excitement of firemen, so to combine them in a fun, educational app was great. They already were pretty good at brushing their teeth, but it was great to reinforcement dental health topics!
