I love the fact that my family is so health-oriented. My kids love veggies and fruit, and it's easy to get them to eat whole grains. As a family, we don't overdo the sweets, and we all love a variety of physical activities. It's easy to incorporate movement, even in the winter. As a family, we take walks, we play a variety of indoor movement games when the weather is bad, we enjoy lawn games or playing in the snow.
