Movies
and snacks go hand-in-hand, and this spring the TERRA Chips brand, with
its nutritious root vegetable chips, is putting a fresh spin on the
concept. In April,
Beneath the Harvest Sky, a movie financed in part by Hain Celestial, makers of TERRA chips, will have its US premiere.
The film, a coming of age story set on a blue potato farm that provides
TERRA with many of the blue potatoes used in their signature Blues
chips, is an exciting partnership for TERRA, as the brand supports both
independent cinema and the rural farmers who provide
the ingredients for its delicious snacks.
Be sure to check out the video spotlighting the story behind TERRA’s
involvement in the film, including the LaJoie family blue potato farm
where the film was set. Available on the
TERRA Chips Facebook page,
the video spotlights these fifth generation farmers as they provide
steadfast support to theHi Bekah,ir community in Van Buren, Maine and
serves as an inspiring example of agricultural
heritage.
Additionally, TERRA Chips launched a new online sweepstakes that will
send two lucky fans to New York City for the film’s premiere. The
contest page is available
here. Be sure to like the page and enter for your chance to win!
