I have the chance to give away a fun WordGirl prize pack courtesy of Scholastic Media. WorldGirl is a fun PBS show starring an amazing girl and her fun monkey sidekick as they defeat evildoers and increase vocabulary knowledge. My daughters really enjoy the show, and even my four-year-old will start using some of the big words after watching it. You can find clips and games online at the Scholastic or PBSKIds websites as well. It's good for my daughters to see a strong female character, but the show isn't girly at all and appeals to boys as well.
