Do you remember reading The Boxcar Children growing up? If you don't, it's about four siblings who are orphaned and homeless, and turn an abandoned boxcar into home. They keep it a secret, until they need to come out of hiding when faced with serious illness. The film features voices by Martin Sheen, J.K. Simmons, Zach Gordon, Joey King, Mackenzie Foy, and Jadon Sand. You can pre-order at Wal-mart now!

I loved this movie. Mostly because my younger is incredibly sensitive to anything even remotely scary, and she loved this whole film. My older one got sad and worried at some parts, because she could get more into the emotional side of the film, but both of them enjoyed it. My husband and I also enjoyed the trip down memory lane.

I have the chance to give away one DVD. To enter, leave a comment with your favorite sibling memory (if you're an only child, pick a cousin or other family member). Deadline is August 19th.
