Mealtime Magic: Quest Protein Chips

Disclosure: I received complimentary products to facilitate this post. All opinions are my own.

Quest Nutrition created the first high-protein snack potato chip. Each personal size bag has 21 grams protein, with only 5 grams of carbs and 1.5 grams of fat. There are three flavors: sea salt, barbecue, and cheddar & sour cream. I don't particularly like potato chips, but the barbecue was decent and the cheddar was tasty. My family liked the sea salt ones as well. It's great to have an option that can fulfill a craving for a "bad-for-you" snack food without actually being bad! Plus, the chips are baked and gluten free.

“At Quest Nutrition our goal is to revolutionize food by making healthy versions of traditionally unhealthy foods that people love to eat. We’re excited to introduce a product that delivers all the fun of potato chips with the health benefits of a high-quality protein meal,” said President and Co-founder Tom Bilyeu.
