The survey uncovered major anxiety about financial health that goes far beyond making health plan choices this fall.
For example, the survey found:
- 75% fear health care costs could ruin prospects for a secure retirement
- 44% worry health care costs will limit ability to pay for a child’s college
- 80% say they wish “doing healthier things didn’t cost so much.”
