Healthy Habits: Staying Healthy While Traveling

Traveling this winter? Between the weather and the vacation schedule it can be hard to stay healthy. Be sure that you eat well with healthy restaurant and breakfast options. Look for hotels that have fitness centers or find some workouts that can be done without equipment. Set workouts on your calendar so you don't forget them. And be sure to try to sleep well, wherever you're going!
