I recently had a chance to read Easter Stories: Classic Tales for the Holy Season . It was a very uplifting, thought-provoking book with classics from C.S. Lewis, Leo Tolstoy, and others. Connecting literature to the themes of life, resurrection, and rebirth, the stories are engaging enough for adults, but also accessible for older children. They were a little long to use as family devotions with my 5-year-old, but with a little bit older kids they would work well as read-aloud family time.

I have a chance to give away one copy. To enter, leave a comment with your favorite thing about the Easter season. Deadline is March 28th.
