The book includes stories by twelve writers and twelve illustrators selected by a panel of blue-ribbon judges (both authors and artists). AND this year's volume includes short stories by Kevin J Anderson & Rebecca Moesta and Larry Niven, as well as articles from Orson Scott Card & Bob Eggleton.  The Senior Editor is David Farland.

The Award Celebration event is on April 12th for the winners.
