Healthy Habits: Small Changes in Food Choices

It starts with a trip to the supermarket - your children are tired, hungry and cranky. Then there is the constant struggle to get them to stop pestering you for all the foods you know they shouldn't eat - foods like fruit packed in corn syrup, snacks in all the (unnatural) colors of the rainbow, and soda and "juices".

Stefanie Sacks - nutritionist and chef - knows the feeling all too well and she wants to share what she's learned about small lifestyle choices that can positively affect your health and the health of your family.

Here is Stefanie's TedxManhattan talk, How Small Changes in Food Choice Can Make BIG Everyday Differences and it all starts with a trip to the grocery store with her son, Hunter.
