Consumer Critique: Got Social Mediology

Whether you are a start-up business or a Fortune 500 Company, social media provides a platform from which you can grow your business, connect with your consumers, and build a brand—if it is used correctly. Got Social Mediology by Jay Izso teaches us how to effectively use social media to build relationships, not just numbers.

 As a blogger, this is something that's important to me. I don't really use social media much, and I don't work much on building relationships. Obviously this blog matters at least somewhat to those of you who read it, but I could do much better. This book was great to give me some concrete steps I can take towards moving in direction that more effectively utilizes social media.
