THAT SUGAR FILM follows Aussie actor Damon Gameau on his own 60-day radical diet experiment to eat only foods perceived and/or marketed as ‘healthy.’It's a great eye-opening view of what it means to be marketed as "healthy" (hint: not much) and the sugar that's prevalent in our diet. Think "Fed Up" and "Supersize Me" and this film is right in that ballpark.It's a good way to start (or continue) a dialogue about healthy eating with members of your own family.
