Brother International Corporation announced today the
official launch of the Brother Loves Fashion Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes,
which runs through August 9th, encourages aspiring fashion designers
across the United States to upload a sketch of their dream design, along with a
brief description, including the hashtag #SewYourDreams. All designs that meet
the design requirements as outlined by Brother will be entered. The drawing
will take place at the Brother Headquarters, 200 Crossing Boulevard,
Bridgewater, New Jersey, on August 10th, and the winner will be
notified by August 12th.
One lucky individual will win an all-expense paid, two-night
stay in New York City during New York Fashion Week and will work alongside Project Runway: All Stars®, Anthony Ryan Auld and Joshua McKinley, to
turn their dream design into a reality. Together, they will shop for supplies
at the Project Runway® source store, Mood, and enjoy a full day
of sewing as they create the dream design. To celebrate the finished design,
the winner will enjoy a dinner with Auld and McKinley in New York City. The
winner will also receive a Brother Innov-ís NQ1300PRW sewing machine to
continue to sew their dreams.
