I Can't Believe It's Not Butter and Country Crock want to share some easy recipes to start your school year off right!

Breakfast of champions – these wholesome meals will get the kids’ school day started off on the right foot:

·         Mini Spring Veggie and Avocado Frittatas – Yet another recipe from Joy Bauer – that packs a flavorful punch – these frittatas that come in small, bite-sized pieces – are perfect for pint-sized eaters. Total prep/cook time: 30 minutes
With these tasty morsels, you can give your child the energy they need to give it their all at soccer practice with these perfect afterschool snacks:
·         Unfried Zucchini Fries – Your kids’ eyes will light up when they hear you’re treating them to fries for their snack – little do they know they’ll be munching on a more nutritious alternative. Total prep/cook time: 30 minutes
