Winner of the
International Christian Film Festival, Adrenalin, from Word Films, stars Michael Rosander as
Joseph Jenkins, a drag racer whose life is changed forever by a near-fatal car
crash that leaves him partially paralyzed, forcing him to face new circumstances. He thinks his life is over, but while in the hospital, he meets
Elijah Salisbury, who gives him a new perspective on
life and helps get him back to living. When Jason returns home, an old friend of his father’s, Paul
Sharpe (John Schneider) steps in and helps him back into a race car, and teaches
him how to race all over
again.
This was a good movie for families with a little older kids than ours. At five and seven, they wouldn't have been quite interested in the storyline, but I found it a good, family-friendly movie that would appeal to older kids and parents.
