MommaStrong is a great program designed for pregnant women and mothers. There are a series of choices, depending on your needs: Prenatal, Di-Recti (to help prevent, heal, and recondition diastasis recti), Core Camp (to get back into being conditioned), The Hook (30-day strength challenge), and Daily 15 (for high-intensity interval training).
One really awesome deal that's being offered right now is a $50 lifetime pass for as long as the site exists (regular price $150, which is still pretty awesome for the amount of support and training you get).
If you sign up (no strings attached), you'll get a personal call from creator Courtney Wyckoff, a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, as well as a few other freebies and some helpful information. Once you do have a membership, the programs are great. They're easy-to-follow videos, with a variety of workouts. The Core Camp would be challenging but doable for someone getting back into exercise after birth. The HIIT were the perfect way to really get a high-level workout in, but not impossible. There are also some "fix me" options (like low back, sciatica, etc) that have exercises to specifically target certain areas of concern.
It's a good program, tailor-made for moms in any stage of fitness. If you're looking for a convenient way to work out that works for you, check it out!
