"Now
more than ever, people have legal issues but no access to attorneys. These clinics will enable people to talk to a lawyer for free about
their legal problems," said CAIR-MN Civil Rights Attorney Ellen
Longfellow. "We thank our F.R. Bigelow Foundation and Minnesota State
Bar Foundation partners for helping us to provide access to legal
services to the community."
CAIR
is America's largest Muslim civil liberties organization. Its mission
is to enhance the understanding of Islam, encourage dialogue, protect
civil liberties, empower American Muslims, and build coalitions that
promote justice and mutual understanding.
