Giveaway: How to Conceive Naturally

Disclosure: I received complimentary products to facilitate this post. All opinions are my own.

Grand Central Publishing Life & Style is thrilled to publish the new must-have book for all women over the age of 30 who are trying to conceive and are concerned about a healthy pregnancy—How to Conceive Naturally: And Have a Healthy Pregnancy after 30 by Christa Orecchio, CHN and Willow Buckley, CCH, CD (DONA).

More and more women are choosing to have children outside of their 20s, but since fertility declines starting at age 30, many moms-to-be are forced to turn to invasive, expensive treatments to conceive. With nutrition and health on their minds, creative, bright health-conscious women are searching for a better way: with HOW TO CONCEIVE NATURALLY AND HAVE A HEALTHY PREGNANCY readers will discover that it's possible to have a healthy pregnancy in your 30s or early 40s. Orecchio and Buckley share their vast knowledge of holistic health, nutrition, and fertility in this powerful program that has helped thousands of women conceive naturally. From a 12-week fertility detox to a postpartum plan to rebalance hormones in half the typical time, this book empowers women to take charge of their fertility and pregnancies.

Not only have Christa and Willow helped hundreds of clients conceive through their own practices, but they have both used the principals in their book to have healthy pregnancies and babies. The inspiration for this book came from a conversation between the two over dinner with their husbands while Willow and her husband were on a month-long cleanse trying to conceive their first child. Neither one could come up with a single holistic nutrition book that could guide Willow as she cleansed her body for conception and pregnancy. They are willing to share their personal journeys in interviews, as well as the inspirational stories of some of their clients overcoming hurdles using this plan to become pregnant.

Christa Orecchio, CN, is a clinical nutritionist who focuses on healing from the root cause by using food as medicine. She has ten years of private practice experience and is an experienced and dynamic interview, appearing on the Randy & Christa Show on Dr. TV and FOX5 News (San Diego).

Please visit thewholejourney.com to view/listen to Christa’s appearances.

Willow Buckley, CCH, CD (DONA), earned a Bachelor of Science in Neuropsychology from the University of California Santa Barbara. She is a California-certified homeopath, a DONA-certified labor doula, and certified prenatal yoga instructor. She has been in private practice for eight years.

I have a chance to give away a copy of the book. To enter, leave a comment with what you love most about children. Deadline is November 5th.
