Mealtime Magic: The Berry Basket Juice

The Berry Basket

1 small red beet
1 cup blueberries
1 cup strawberries

Juice all ingredients, alternating between hard and soft ingredients.

Kate's tip: substitute blueberries and strawberries for any other berry you may have available - raspberries are delicious!

Why it's so good for you....
Studies suggest that the potent antioxidants in blueberries, including resveratrol, may protect against whole-body inflammation and improve memory function.
