Caring Causes: Bedtime Stories

I did a blog post earlier this year about Holiday Retirement’s national story drive. Holiday Retirement recently announced that the published children’s book, Bedtime Stories: Original Tales Shared from One Generation to the Next, is now available for purchase at sharebedtimestories.com.

This compilation of stories and poems, primarily written and illustrated by seniors ages 66 to 93, encourages the capturing of our grandparents’ stories before it’s too late. All proceeds benefit the National Center for Families Learning, a forward-thinking non-profit organization that addresses literacy by engaging all family members in learning, individually and as a group. This book is a resource that creates the perfect opportunity for older generations to share their wisdom and stories with younger generations.
