The 4x4 Diet is a system built around fours: four key foods, four minute workouts, and four weeks to "the body you want." Obviously that last has to be within reason, but I did have a chance to review the book and it's a sensible, easy-to-follow plan. Four-minute workouts are great, because they're easy to squeeze in anywhere. With all the research on high-intensity interval training, it's safe to say that they can be an effective workout choice - especially if the alternative is no workout at all! The four key foods are easy to incorporate, and the four week plan is enough time to see results and stay inspired to continue on towards better health.
