Healthy Habits: Healthy Spring Tips for Kids
March is
National Nutrition Month, an initiative sponsored by the
Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics with the goal of teaching people
about the importance of living a healthy lifestyle. When it comes to
kids, healthy living is more than not eating too
many cookies and putting down the video game controller. In order to be
heathy, kids need to get exercise, drink plenty of water and eat right
by limiting their sugar intake.
